How to order

1. For Pre-order item, the order deadline is on 15th of each month. For Ready-stock, you can order anytime.

2. To order, fill in the Order Form. Order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

3. Payment method:
- Bank transfer to UOB or POSB
- Paypal (Overseas customers only)
All prices are in Singapore Dollars.

4. Delivery lead time - Upon Confirmation of payment
- Pre-order item: 2-4weeks after the order deadline
- Ready-stock: 3 days

5. Delivery fee
-Delivery is via Singpost.The delivery fee is fixed at $1.00 per item - normal mail delivery for local addresses.
Customers may request for registered mail upon which customers may be charged the extra.
- International Delivery is via Singapore Post. Calculate your postage charges here.
- The Dressy Room shall not be held responsible for any item lost in the mail delivery

Terms to note prior order

1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. All goods will be 80 - 90% similar to the pictures.

2. Delivery can be done by normal mailing, registered mailing or home delivery. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.

3. We will send respond to the customer within 24 hours upon receipt of customers' email order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

4. All our goods sold are non-refundable. A full refund will be made if the item is no longer in stock after making the full payment

5. An exchange will be made if:
- The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour customer has ordered.
- The size of the product we delivered is not the size customer has ordered
